1. Scope of Application
For all orders through our online shop by consumers and entrepreneurs, the following terms and conditions in english apply.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes, which can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor self-employed professional activity. Entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity, who acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.
These General Terms and Conditions (Ts&Cs) shall also apply to future business relations with entrepreneurs without us having to refer to them again. If the entrepreneur uses conflicting or supplementary general terms and conditions, their validity is hereby rejected; they shall only become part of the contract if we have expressly agreed to them.
These General Conditions, which are made available to the Purchaser for printing and conservation pursuant to and in accordance with article 12 of Legislative Decree no. 70 dated 9 April, 2003, are applicable to the purchase of products, effected remotely and using electronic means, via the internet Site owned by the Seller , whose registered offices are in 39030 Antholz Mittertal, Lorenz-Leitgeb-Str. 29, VAT code 02967990215, e-mail: info@bachmann-world.com, Tel: 0039 0474 492349.
2. Contractual partner, Conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Bachmann World GmbH.
You will receive a non-binding offer in response to your enquiry, which you can send to us by telephone, web form or e-mail.
When the contract with us is concluded depends on the payment method you have chosen (point 4) and the executed payment.
3.Price
Prices are in Euro and are ex work - I- 39030 Antholz Mittertal, excluding VAT and shipping costs.
Special requests are charged in addition to the published prices according to time spent.
4. Payment
The full amount according to the offer must be paid in advance.
Payment options:
Cash: at direct pickup/visit. (max. 999,99€)
Bank transfer: You will receive our bank details with your offer.
Credit card: You can also pay the amount on our homepage. At www.bachmann-tonewood.com you will find this service under the heading "Links" - "Our payment system".

5. Delivery conditions/ Shipping costs
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs are added.
Shipping costs depend on the size, weight and destination of the package or pallet.
All possible fees and duties for shipping outside the EU/EUCU are at the expense of the customer. If, due to national regulations in the receiving countries, products cannot be delivered and are returned to us, their price will be reimbursed; this does not apply to the shipping costs and other fees possibly demanded by third parties.
You are welcome to pick up the goods yourself.
6. Delivery time/ Packaging
The delivery time within Europe is 3-10 business days for immediately available goods. The delivery times worldwide can take up to several weeks, depending on the destination. Get in contact for more information.
The goods are packed in the best possible way and collected by the shipping company.
7. Transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such defects to the delivery company as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Please take some photos of the damaged package.
8. Right of withdrawal / return / exchange
The product is a natural product that may have slight variations in quality.
We classify the tonewood according to the criteria described on this website.
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to revoke this contract/goods within eight days without giving any reason.
The revocation period is eight days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Bachmann World GmbH (info@bachmann-world.com) by means of a clear statement of your decision to revoke this contract or return the goods.
The received goods must be sent back to us company Bachmann.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
As soon as the goods have been returned to us, the amount of the goods (not shipping costs) will be refunded.
If the goods are to be exchanged, the customer bears the costs for the return shipment as well as the shipping costs of the new goods.
9. Limitation of liability
Seller shall not be liable if the goods are delivered late or not at all and this is due to cases of force majeure, such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and/or lockouts, earthquakes, floods or other similar events which prevent the timely execution of the contract in whole or in part.
Buyer shall not hold Seller liable for any disruption or interruption of operations beyond Seller's control, except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of Seller.
The Seller shall not be liable to Contracting Parties or third parties for any damage, loss or costs resulting from the non-execution of the Contract for the above reasons.
The Seller shall not be liable for any fraudulent and unlawful use of means of payment by third parties when paying for the ordered products, if the Seller can prove that it has taken all possible precautions according to the current state of knowledge and experience and with due diligence.
10. Data protection
The seller protects the privacy of customers and ensures that data processing complies with data protection regulations according to Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679.
Your personal data will be collected, processed and used automatically for the processing of your order and for customer service purposes. We point out that the personal data collected for this contract will be stored and not disclosed to third parties.
11. minimum order value:
The minimum order value is 200.00 euros (product prices - shipping costs not included).
The prices offered are net prices in euros.
String Instruments
Violin, Viola, Cello, Double Bass... The woods cut during the Winter season have an even and straight fibre flow, light weight and a reflecting glimmer. The wood suitable for backs and borders comes from Bosnia and is vastly marbled. The wood also presents a well developed transversal mirror as well as very tight growth rings.
